We grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes. The App is licensed, not sold.

• No resale, sublicensing, or commercial redistribution without written permission.
• No reverse engineering/decompiling or bypassing technical restrictions, except where mandatory law allows.
• No abusive automated scraping, denial of service, or attempts to access private endpoints.

The App displays third‑party datasets and derived outputs. Rights remain with their owners. Your use of such data may be subject to additional terms from the respective providers.

The App supports Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account. We may restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, or security issues.

We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time (including sources and features). The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third‑party issues.

The App currently has no payment system. Paid plans/subscriptions may be introduced later. If so, pricing and additional terms will be shown in the App before purchase.

The Disclaimer is part of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited. Nothing limits non‑waivable consumer rights.
